No donate buttons on team/personal pages?

How do I add the donate button to the default team and personal page ? There isn't any an option to add them.

    Those should automatically appear. Make sure your participant type has fundraising enabled. Enabling team donations is also a configuration setting in the Teamraiser.

    Fundraising is enabled for all participant types but the donate button it not on the personal or team pages. Somehow that button is not showing up. I have chosen the responsive design for those pages. Does that have something to do with it?

    That's an admin preview. I'd need to login to your admin side to see that. We fellow clients need a live team page to see an example.

    Even that won't work with the new location security feature, I can't get the code email. Probably not a good idea to post admin creds in an open knowledgeboard either.

     

    You should edit that post and remove the creds, and change the password on that account as well.

    I took a look at some other org team pages to confirm and none of them show a donated button in preview mode of a team page. I would recommend creating a team in the live site just to test it and confirm.
