Participant Center link in Autoresponders

Options

How can I update the link to the participant center way at the bottom of an autoresponder (The one highlighted in red)? It looks like it's automatically pulling in the link from somewhere but I can't tell where.

Thanks!

    Hi Christina,

Yes, that is a default configuration. Is there a reason why you need to update it?

The link is going to a Pagebuilder page somehow and not the Participant Center for the registrant's event. I opened a ticket on it earlier yesterday.

Ok. That is definitely odd. And Support will definitely have to dig into that one.

Actually I think I may know what's up with this. Is this a new event? If so, there is an advanced config that you can do that says "when event is unpublished redirect to url X." If you copied this from a previous event then that is probably it.

It's happening on new events created from a new parent blueprint as well as events from a child blueprint.

    Christina,

So what's happening here is that you can define a different page as the "homepage" for your participant center, that you are redirected to when you click any link to the participant center. When you go to edit the participant center (Fundraising > TeamRaiser > Participant Center Tab > "Edit" next to the PC in question) on step 2 "Configure Options" you can define a participant center homepage and link to go to when someone logs out of the participant center. If you clear that first field, participant center links will no longer redirect to another page.

    Hope that was helpful!

Thanks Beth! I took off for a 5-state road trip vacation right after my last post on this thread. Thanks for filling it in with the detailed steps!
