Hi- we've had a few participants tell us that their saved, personalized email templates did not carry over from 2013 to 2014. Does anyone know if the templates are supposed to carry over from year to year?

    I've asked our TeamRaiser product manager for help on this one. I don't believe they do since branding changes. But I'll find out.

    I just got this info...

     

    Personal templates (ie, suggested messages) don't carry over as they are tied to an fr_id.
