How can I change a transaction from Team donation to Participant donation in TeamRaiser

An event donor wants to change her gift from a team donation to a participant donation. How do I manually do this?

That's called a 'Soft-Credit'.

Simply find the donor, look to their transactions tab and find the gift near the bottom of the page.

On the gift you will see (if you have the rights) links to soft-credit, do a refund, get a receipt, etc.

What admin permissions need to be made for the soft credit option to appear? Suddenly, it is no longer available for TeamRaiser participants.
