changing discount code between participants

Is there a way to change the discount code used?  We had a couple of constiuents use the wrong code and need to switch them in the system.

    I'm not aware of any way to change this other than to refund the transaction and ask them to go through the process again. 

     

    Sorry I don't have an easier way for you. You might try contacting Support to see if they can do something on the back-end but I have never heard of them being able to do that.
