After editing a custom page, saving and previewing, the changes are not displaying on the live page.

We are trying to add a logo to a custom page.  It is adding easily and you can see the change when preview is clicked, however the change is not being displayed on the live page.  This is also happening with another custom page in which we are adding a question (t-shirt size)- the change shows up in preview but not on the live page.  Please help.

    I wonder if you have added an image on your local machine, rather than on your server or in the image library. Do you have a link that the page in question?

    Are you actually adding this question to a registration? I don't think you are really adding this to a custom page, right? When you add a question, you need to then check that question on each participant type that you want to ask that question under step g. Include Questions.

    Within TeamRaiser:

    I go to TeamRaiser, click edit on my selected TeamRaiser event. My registration home page is where I want to include the image- this is a custom page.  So I go to the Custom Pages, click on edit on the page I want to edit, add my image, save, finish and publish.  I can click preview and it shows up in preview.  However, on the live page it does not show this added image.
