TeamRaiser design elements list?

This is a bit of a stretch, but feels like it's worth a shot:

I'm wondering if anyone has put together a list of the collateral needed to build out a teamraiser.  I'm basically thinking of the wrapper for the secure pages, the different buttons and whatnot that need styling to match a brand, email stationery, participant center ... somethings . Coaching email? Do they need a different stationery?

Anyway, I'm not super TR savvy, so I thought maybe someone had gone down this road already.

I'm looking for a sort of laundry list that I could share with a creative person (or agency) to say "I need all these bits and pieces (sizes, shapes) built out so my TR will be all branded and happiness.
