Email Campaign Kit for Team Raiser

I am using the campaign kit  for team raiser recrutiment and coaching emails.  I am having trouble getting some of the word documents to open up.  I need help getting the content section of the email template set up.  I have been able to successfully load the stationary.  Do you have anything you can send me that will help walk me throught this process?
