Set up conditions on autoresponders

Options

Hi.  I am setting up a new autoresponder.  I would like for it to send to any participant that has not fundraised after 30 days of registering for the event.

 

Where would I find the "conditions" to set the 30 days and to filter who has and has not fundraised?

    Are you trying to build a group that you would just send an email to that group or are you planning to do conditional content in an email? It sounds like you want to build a group to send an automated message to. There's not an "autoresponder" you can send this way.

    Hey Tara,

     

    Consider investigating coaching emails.

     

    After setting up the coaching email content to be sent, when you choose to configure a delivery there's an option under the Registration Filters step that allows you to specify an absolute date range of when the person registered. 

     

    Under the Configure Additional Filters related action, there's an option that lets you set the maximum amount raised that wiould exclude a participant from this email.  You could set that to an arbitrarily low value to get those who have not raised much if any money.

     

    The combination of these two comes close to what you expressed, but I don't think it matches exactly.  I don't think there's an automated way to add up the money raised in the first 30 days after registration for each registrant.

     

    If you choose to move forward with the above, do an audience calculation as a sanity check before sending.
