@Crystal Bruce Exporting from the context (main) query menu is a neat feature. I like getting the notification when it's finished and not having to wait for the export to download.

@Crystal Bruce As I mentioned in my Task #1 response, exporting is now a breeze! I truly appreciate how much easier it functions. All of our users consistently struggled with figuring out where exported queries were saving, even when we selected the exact location, we no longer have to worry about that.

@Crystal Bruce the web view export function is so much easier and allows the file to save in a folder that is much easier to find and access. Being notified when ready is also a plus!

@Crystal Bruce It works fine and I get the same results, but it this is supposed to replace export, I am not a fan. I have specific exports set up to use with multiple queries, so would this mean I would need to add all those export fields to all the queries? It has been said that query is a grouping tool and it works well for that.

@Crystal Bruce I can see where asynchronous export would be helpful for long exports, but I very rarely have a query with results that take very long.

This is especially helpful when I'm running multiple queries to compile a larger report - I don't have to wait on one before I start the next, or I can edit a non-related item constituent record while it runs, which was always frustrating in database view.

This is a really handy feature which will save time. It would be even more useful if it exported straight into Excel Workbook format rather than CSV. Is this a possibility?

It works really quickly, I am glad I don't have to wait for one to move on to the next. I am a very “go go go” kind of worker. :P Honestly the first export I tested out happened so fast, that I didn't think it even clicked until I saw the “job complete” popup

The asynchronous export via the Context Menu on the main Query page downloads lists very fast and when the download process is complete, the user can review the list and save it where it is needed. The downloaded list will be in the downloads folder in the user's computer. The user does not need to figure out where to save the list before it is exported.

@Crystal Bruce This saves time with every query run and it is what my team is loving most about web queries. Trying to find the old F drive folder and then having to move it to where you actually wanted probably took 5 mins and so collectively it probably saves an hour of team time every day.

@Crystal Bruce This export feature increases productivity by saving time. The export opens directly from the web browser and allows you to edit and review the data before saving to a specific location.
