Events Registration forms requiring no payment generating error messages

For after-school activity signup, we use registration forms in school website > events. We do not collect fees through this form, so when setting up, in the Payment Options > Account to use, I selected “do not use credit card processing." Beginning last week, parents were getting an error message. BB Support directed me to select “BBPS.” Although this makes zero cents to me, the form worked temporarily. Today, with the BBPS setting, parents are again getting error messages. The form seems to work when I restore the “do not use credit card processing" option.

Has anyone encountered this issue?

  • @Crystal Bruce The form is again working. It is frustrating to get conflicting guidance from support, aside from the fact that it seemed totally illogical to me.
