Momentum seeks the talents and engagement of a Database Manager whose experience reflects mastery in the use of all modules and features of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and NXT CRM platforms. This individual brings an awareness of the importance of their role as integral to the fundraising process and critical to the collaborative dynamic of the development team.

Working under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Senior Director of Development, the Database Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of CRM database in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge full featured and NXT supporting all the organization’s fund development initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of donor records, reporting and queries, prospect research, trending reports and target analytics, processing gift acknowledgments, managing action tracks, and providing general department support. This position is integral to all aspects of donor relations, data support for events, appeals, other development projects, and advancing the organization's mission. The position also coordinates and provides background support to Momentum’s subsidiaries, Momentum WORK, Inc. and Momentum Wheels for Humanity. This position works from Momentum’s corporate office in Thousand Oaks.

    This sounds like a great organization! While I am not based in Thousand Oaks and won't be applying, I do have a suggestion for improving inclusivity in your qualifications. You might want to consider removing the “Ability to run” from the requirements. In my 15+ years of experience in similar roles, I never found running to be necessary to perform my job duties.
