Does anybody have any insight on how to build an interactive online calculator to embed on a Blackbaud website? My school wishes to explore adding something where parents could estimate the cost of attendance by entering some data and having some backend calculation display the result. I'm assuming that I would use the Embed tool within School Website system to create some type of an HTML form and perhaps some java script, but I'm not sure if that is fully supported or not? Other $0 solutions? I'm definitely not a programmer, but I do know a little HTML and Java script.

    Hi @Geoffrey Goodfellow. We made a “Variable Tuition Calculator” with Google Forms and embedded it on our Tuition & Affordability page. Is this similar to what you have in mind?

    @Binnie Pappas, thanks for sharing your Tuition and Affordability page! That was very helpful to see what you've done. How does your google form work? Is it actually calculating math in real time or is the google forms using conditional logic to just show pre-configured dollar amounts?

    @Binnie Pappas Thanks for this! I don't actually need to do anything like this for tuition, but it has never occured to me to use a google form this way, where it takes you to an informative section of the form based on a previous response. I'll definitely be filing that gem of an idea away for the future.
