OLX Thank you email notifications

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this has been posted about already. I have recently begun the process of changing donation email receipts and thank you's to an updated email address. I have successfully changed them all and double checked. However, I have come to realize that one of the emails is not receiving notifications of certain gifts and I cannot figure out why. I have checked the donation forum that the gifts are under, and all of the information seems up to date. Any ideas?
