Database view, Citrix, and the network

I have not been able to launch database view since Thursday. Our IT spent the day trying various things and checking with the other IT guy (including removing the windows update that rolled out) along with spending half the day with BB tech support.

Citrix would give an error when trying to launch database view.

One of the things they said to try was a different network. (IT used his cell phone as a hot spot which allowed RE database to launch!)

Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know what caused it or how it was resolved?? Thank you!!

  • Through much trial, error, and customer support - we have resolved the issue by rebooting our server when IT rebooted the network drives (one of our DNS servers was the cause of our error.) So thankful that doing so has righted all the wrongs and we can now access database view! ?
