Our DNS changed. How do we add CNAME?

We recently migrated our website to GoDaddy for hosting. When we made the switch, our Luminate forms stopped working. Support said we need to add a CNAME and gave us the info shortname-live.convio.net to add. GoDaddy requires a name value and a data value. Can anyone help with what those values should be?

Since its your domain, the value would be ‘ @ ’.

I don't see a ‘data value’ as a setup in these instructions. Can you speak a little more to that?

Update: We resolved the issue. In GoDaddy, the Name field requires the URL where we direct to when going to the Luminate page i.e. support.shortname.org. The Data field requires shortname-live.convio.net.
