SP30 Has anyone upgraded?

Anyone here upgraded to SP30 BBCRM yet? If so we would love to connect for just a few minutes on something very specific regarding BBIS.

We upgraded to SP30 a few months ago, happy to talk.

  • @Rick Root Thanks Rick! I am going to have my colleague Michael reach out to you!

  • @Stephanie Boyce
We are at SP30 as well.

  • @Stephanie Boyce
We upgraded our DEV environ just last week. Is there something we should look out for?

  • @Christine Goodwin we are not 100% sure yet if the issue is us, or the SP. Once we figure something out I will try to post an update.

  • @Stephanie Boyce
We skipped SP30 but are going to SP31 this coming weekend. Our teams have done our testing around the SP's and know a couple items we're working around. Will be interested in what you may have found.

  • @Larry Chaffee We upgraded to SP31 in DEV and are having the issue below (provided to me by our report writers). BB replicated it with an OOO report and have shared they won't have a fix until SP32.

If you have an SSRS report that has a drill through action to another SSRS report you will receive the error “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.” When executing the drill through to the second report. This does not affect drilling through to a CRM page like the constituent page, only to another SSRS report.

Hi All - sorry for the delay - we were able to figure out the issue, it wont happen to everyone that uses SP30, just those that use a specific part within BBIS. I have linked the KB article here:

  • @Stephanie Boyce, yeah, that is pretty exotic. Glad you got a fix. We also had an SP30 issue within CRM that eventually required a fix script from BB. It's related to this KB:

  • @Jeff Bauer Interesting we ran into one along those same lines but slightly different (again requiring BB script to fix). Did you run into any other issues with SP30?

  • @Stephanie Boyce no, thankfully, but that error cropped up in a lot of batches and was pretty gnarly until fixed.
