Why doesn't the lock icon appear in internet explorer when someone is on a secure donation page?

Amy, I'm looking at a secure Convio-powered donation page with Internet Explorer and I see the lock icon. Which version of IE are you using? And can you post a link to the donation page that you're referencing?

I see the secure lock for your donation page. It's in the bottom of the browser on the right. I'm using Internet Explorer version 6 - which version are you using?

Well, I'm using IE7. But, this came from one of our Board members who said they saw the lock in the toolbar on other secure pages but not ours. That's reassuring that you see the lock!

Yep, I definitely see it and I didn't get any pop-ups or warnings about anything insecure on your page, so I think you are okay. It could possibly be an issue with the browser that your board member is using, maybe?
