Having trouble centering a progress meter--help, please

I am able to place our latest progress meter on the page, but when I try to center align it, nothing. I have tried everything I know and still nothing.

Any thoughts?

Are the progress meters designed to not center?

    If your in page Bulider, you can use the S35 tag.
