Static Back Up

How often does Convio produce a static back-up? I manually requested one last week (December 3rd) through (‘Download Static Version of Web Site' under ‘Reports and Tools') - did I merely request the latest version for download? It was my understanding that Convio generates a back-up at that point - not provides me with the last known back-up. If the latter is true, how can I override Convio's back-up schedule if I know there are significant changes (like a partial homepage redesign) that need to be saved?

    Static back-ups in CMS are generated once a day (around midnight, I think). 'Download Static Version of Web Site' under ‘Reports and Tools' should give you the most up-to-date version. Currently, there isn't a self-serve way to override the schedule or to manually generate a new version. If you want to copy the site on demand, I'd recommend using a free tool like HTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/).
