We usually run a query with either a specified date or date range on the constituent created field.

One thing to consider is you may want to add the conditions for Accepts Email and Email Status not equal to Hardbounce. By adding these conditions you're measuring the number of new valid email addresses.

Thanks for the response! I was hoping that there might be a report that could track it more easily, but that's true I can just find the number of users month by month using a query, and make my own report. Thanks a lot for your help!
