How do a cancel a recurring gift?

Katie from Free the Kids (http://ftk.convio.net) had a question about canceling a recurring gift. While you can refund any gifts from the constituent's Transaction tab of their profile, canceling a recurring gift entirely is done like this:

Navigate to Fundraising > Donation Management > Sustainging Gifts. Search for the name or email address of the person who made the gift you want to cancel. Click the pencil icon to edit the gift. At the bottom of the screen, click Cancel Sustaining Gift.

    Along the same lines as cancelling, what if you just need to update a recurring gift? Say a donor needs to give you an updated credit card number...

    Follow the same instructions above and you'll see many options to update recurring gifts. You can skip a payment, update credit card info, modify the gift amount, and more.

    Keep in mind that to update a credit card, you must have both the number and the new credit card expiration date. Since Convio doesn't store credit card info, you need to update the whole thing.
