How do I use an email campaign report to create a group for which to use to target that audience alone?

In a new email, I am trying to target ONLY people who clicked a particular link in a message. I know how to get the report, but how do I easily turn that report into a new group so I can target only those people?

I sort of answered my own question. I should be able to use the delivery filter to target the people who have clicked through within this campaign.
