email link redirects to http://service.convio.net/notfound.html

I have an email where I am linking to a polldaddy webpage. Occasionally when we click on the link in our test emails, we are redirected to this page:

Most of the time when we click on the same email, it goes to the correct polldaddy page. But this redirect error is happening, seemingly, at random.

Looking for some insight or how this can be fixed.

    How are you adding the link? Are you using the chain link icon in the WYSIWYG editor, or are you using the LINKS dropdown menu? On occasion the script that powers the chain link tool screws up and the link is improperly inserted.

    If you're using the dropdown, make sure you've saved the link correctly and didn't accidentally add a second http:// or leave off a www. I know, I know, it seems too simple....but its often the little things that get missed.

    You may simply need to go to the source view and insert the HTML link directly.

    Also, what email clients are you using to view the test messages?
