Good morning, friends,


Is anyone using Venmo, or Venmo through Braintree, to accept payments from your respective constituencies? This question/request seems to be coming up more and more often and I, unfortunately, do not have a good answer beyond "Venmo doesn't support non-profits taking donations directly through their platform."


I'm interested in hearing about your experiences and/or thoughts on how to approach this growing need.

    Our Annual Giving folks are hot to make this happen. We're going to be meeting with them in the next few weeks. I'll keep you posted on what we find. We already use Scalefunder for our Day of Giving (and I was pulling a flat file from the payment processor to manage, so we'll see how this is different).
