Sending Emails to Organizational Contacts

Hi,

Our organization use ImportOmatic to link data between Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online. In the past we have only sent communication to individual records in Luminate Online.

We are trying to send an email to Individuals listed as active organizational contacts through RELATIONSHIPS associated to organizational records. The issue is the contact email address lives on the individual record and not the organization record. In addition, we would like to use personalization on the organizational record to insert a Luminate custom field value which would house the organization previous gift amount.

Does anyone have any insight, suggestions or experience into how to make this happen? We would love to pull this information over through a synced ImportOmatic group to eliminate extra steps if possible.

We are in a similar position. Did you ever get an answer to this? We would be curious to know if you worked out a solution.

This is a very timely question for us also and I am sorry that I missed Shameeka's original question. We want to pull the individual contact as a result of their relationship with the Organization and not because of anything in their individual record.

I too am very interested if anyone has any insight into how this can be achieved.
