OnLine Express - How to add additional fields

Hello!

We are new to Raiser's Edge & are wondering how to add attitional fields onto OnLine Express? Specifially, specialty, degree/credentials, institution graduated from, practice type, etc. Any advise?

Hi Jennifer Longo‍ - You can added additional fields to an OLX form through gift attributes. I've included steps below on how to do accomplish this within RE/OLX.

Create the gift attribute in Configuration and then go to OLX; if you plan to use one already created, you can skip this step and go directly to OLX.
Make sure you are in the Donations section.
Click Edit for the Donation Form you want to add additional fields on.
Go to the 2. Extras tab and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Under Select which gift attributes are available, click Add attribute.
On the available drop-down, choose the attribute you would like to add to the form.
You can change the display name to what you want it displayed as on the form, and mark whether it is required.
