getting total raised for campaign in pagebuilder component

hi. I am trying to create a reusable pagebuilder component to be inserted into donation forms that will show, among other things, the total that a campaign has raised.

I can get this by using [[S15:3131:amountRaised]] (where 3131 is my campaign id -- hard-coded), but I want to make this dynamic, so that it will get the info for whichever donation form it's placed into. I would think that I could do that by using [[S120:dc:campaignId]] in my S15 tag -- [[S15:[[S120:dc:campaignId]]:amountRaised]], but it just seems to break the tag. Anyone have any thoughts on why this doesn't work or how to accomplish this?

When you're nesting s-tags, you have to use an e-tag on the outside one.

[[E15:[[S120:dc:campaignId]]:amountRaised]] is probably closer to what you're looking for.

I had the same experience a few years ago actually. Couldn't get the nested tags to work and eventually ended up here, did some searching and found an older thread where someone mentioned the e-tags.

Basic premise is that S-Tags and E-Tags are the same except that when the page is being served, S-Tags render first and then the E-Tags.
