This email system has to be the worst system I have ever experienced! If the lag and the extremely long processing times weren't bad enough or the fact that sometimes I just can't even get into the system, now, I was literally writing, working in the system and went to save my work and it had logged me out and erased everything I had done! I had never stopped working in it, never walked away and left it...I was typing the whole time and it still logged me out as if I wasn't there. This is not the first time this has happened. Is there something I'm missing....some setting I can change so that this stops happening. I do not have time to be doing my work over two and three times because I am not quick enough to save every 10 seconds.

    If you are logged in as a Supervisor, NetCommunity will log you out after 10 or so minutes of inactivity. Inactivity means not hitting the database for some reason. So, if you are writing an email and not inserting hyperlinks or images then it will log you out.


    To prevent being logged out, make sure to click the Remember Me checkbox on the login screen. That will keep you logged in until you click the logout button or clear your browser cookies.
