Hiding fields in the transaction summary

Hi folks,

I usually include the transaction summary at the end of my auto-responders for donations and memberships. I'm using <convio:session name="120" param="dc:transactionSummary"></convio:session>, which includes lines for "Value of Goods and Services" and "Tax-deductible Amount".

We now offer the opportunity for members to waive their benefits which would allow them to fully deduct their membership payment. I included conditional language in the thank you email stating to ignore the tax-deductible amount in the transaction summary, if the member selects this option. But members still want an accurate transaction summary statement for their records.

Is there a way to hide the "Value of Goods and Services" and "Tax-deductible Amount" lines using a conditional?

Not the default transaction summary, but you can built one manually with an html table and the S-120 tag.

Hmmm...I've got a lot of auto-responders with transaction summaries. I would I be able to create several pagebuilder components to select from depending on what fields I need?

Sure, why not? The multiple transaction summaries could be reusables.

Or you could just use conditionals to hide rows that are blank.
