Adding ALT text to the credit card logos in Online Express-generated forms

In order to be picked up by screen readers and to be considered 100% accessible, thus preventing ADA lawsuits, alternative text should be added to the logos for the Visa, Mastercard, etc. in the scripts generated by Online Express.

    This isn't the only accessibility problem with the OLX forms, when we had a WCAG audit done earlier this year a number of other issues were highlighted, however I don't believe Blackbaud will be updating them and will be concentrating on the new forms in NXT instead.


    If you're based in the US (and have NXT) you should have access to the new forms (or will soon), however I don't know what the timescales are for a wider release.
