What's the url to a file I've uploaded via FTP?

I can't figure out how to reference (what's the URL?) a video file I've loaded up to my account via ftp (ftp1.blackbaud.com).
Any advice?

Hey Kyle,

You will need your domain name and then the folder structure you used to upload the video file to and then the video file name itself.

Ex: http://[domain name]/[folder1]/[folder2]/[video file name.extension]

That makes sense, but I have tried every configuration of that I can think of to no avail.

I placed the file in a folder called "video" (the ftp page says the folder is "/users/A52B075A304E/video") and our domain is "give.choa.org".

I've tried:

http://give.choa.org/site/users/A52B075A304E/video/fb_header_video.mp4

http://give.choa.org/users/A52B075A304E/video/fb_header_video.mp4

http://give.choa.org/site/video/fb_header_video.mp4
http://give.choa.org/video/fb_header_video.mp4

But none of those find the file. Am I doing something wrong?

Kyle,

It appears you're using the incorrect FTP URL. The URL for your Luminate Online instance would be customerftp.convio.net. If you don't have your credentials, you can submit a Support ticket for that. Anything you upload via FTP will be accessible at the root of http://give.choa.org.

Thanks! I'll look into getting that access. (I wonder where the file I uploaded to that blackbaud ftp actually is then).
