Raiser's Edge Online Express Unable to link donation to constituent

Hi!

I have multiple online transactions that will not process with the following message: Online Express user must be matched to a Raiser's Edge constituent., even though the transactions are auto linking to the correct organization (constituent) which they are associated with. How can I process them without creating a new constituent record for the online user?

    Hi Grace Caleca‍ - I realize what I am about to say seems redundant... have you tried to manually match the constituent, even though it is auto-matching.  Try that and if OLX is still giving you an error, I would suggest contacting support.  Hope this helps.  Good luck!
