Online Express and multiple bank accounts

I'm working on setting up our giving page for our Capital Campaign, and our Treasurer would like all the Campaign donations to go to a separate bank account. I understand that to deposit to multiple bank accounts, we'll need to set up multiple BBMS accounts. However, before I go through that process I'd like to know if I'll be able to associate a giving page in OE with a particular bank account or how we'll ensure that our campaign funds are going to one account with all other funds going to our primary account.

    Hi Alison Weil‍. Yes,for each web form you create in Online Express (Donation, Event or Membership), you can choose the merchant account to use for credit card processing. So you can absolutely have one form set to use a "special" merchant account and then have other forms use your "main" BBMS account.

    We use four different bank accounts each with their own merchant account to disburse to different banks for different campaigns as directed by our CFO.  The OLX pages have worked perfectly to disburse to the correct bank account.  Word to the wise--be sure to check the BBMS account when someone copies an OLX page to create a new form.  Best wishes!
