Is it possible to see who has altered a Luminate constituent record?

Within a given constituent record in Luminate, we're wondering if it's possible to see who has made what changes when, like a change log.


Changes could be anything, such as changing bio info, membership in Groups, refunds, etc.


Among other reasons, viewing such a change log would provide accountability and transparency.

    You can go to a Constituent's Profile and then click on the Ineractions tab at the top. On that page, you'll see a selection of different interaction types. If you click on the "Show All" button you'll get everything for that particular account. From there you can sort the list depending on what you're looking for. So if you wanted to see the most recent changes just sort by date descending and then click on the link under the Subject and it'll take you to a page that shows what changed, when, etc. Hope that helps!

    We're not sure if this covers *every* action performed upon a given constituent record, but this helps.
