GTM code not showing on donation form

Options
Hey there,

I'm new to the Blackbaud community and I'm in the process of learning how to use Luminate Online. We have google tag manager implemented on our site within the page wrapper, however I can not figure out why it isn't showing up on our donation page. I'm under the impression that this page uses the same page wrapper as the rest of the site (I just started in this role about a week and a half ago so I didn't build out the site/form) so I'm not sure what the extra step would be to make sure the tag is included on this page. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Heather

  • You can check which page wrapper your form is using by going to edit that specific form, then choosing "3. Design Donor Screens". At the bottom of the sidebar you should now see Related Actions, and directly under that you want to select "Customize Look and Feel". From there, you can choose to use the default page wrapper or to override it. If you're not sure what the default is, select the override option and there will be a message that shows what the default is.

You can use that info to see if your donation form wrapper and your page's wrapper match. If not, just go into the donation form's wrapper and add the gtm code.

EDIT: Just did a quick search of the page's source code and the Tag Manager script is not anywhere on the donation form, which would imply that they have different wrappers and all you should have to do is add the gtm script to the donation form's wrapper once you find out what it is.
  • Ahhh this is so incredibly helpful! THANK YOU!!!
