Easiest way to create new mail merge letters

Hi All,

I have been asked to create new acknowledgment letters for our new appeal. What is the easiest way to do this? All the directions are so confusing. Are there any tutorials available? Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Creating a new acknowledgement letter is always a task and requires several steps - It is overwhelming at first! I found this article in Knowledgebase: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/75017. I would recommend setting up a "test" gift as you'll need a gift in the system in order to create your letter. Just remember to remove the test gift after you've got your letter set-up. I hope this helps!
