CampusCall with BBNC Forms

Hello! 


Anyone out there use Blackbaud NetCommunity with CampusCall? An organization I'm working with would like all the transaction and payment details to download through the BBNC plug-in as opposed to importing to Raiser's Edge.

    Hi Alexia,


    We have used CampusCall for the past three years with NetCommunity. There is the option with CampusCall to open up an external donation page which is what we are using, link that to the NC donation page to enter credit card details and process through the plug-in. 


    We did have to get the caller to manually enter details into the donation page unfortunately, I think there might be a way for CampusCall to pass through some information to pre-populate some/all the fields.


    Would be interested to hear how you go with it.
