Blackbaud Net Community Error Message: 500 Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.

I tried creating and sending an email today through blackbaud net community and received this error:

500 Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.


I can;t seem to make or send email blasts however everything was working fine on Friday when I tried last.

Anyone have this happen and how did you fix it?

    Did you try a test email?

    How many were you sending?

    If it won't let you create an email, did you try a different browser?

    Yes, I can't even get to the option to send a test email. When I try and open an email to work on it I automatically get that message.

    If a different browser gives you the same message, I would go to NetCommunity chat for help.  Someone from Blackbaud should be able to help you.

    I have not experienced that error message.
