Insert Row in Phones/Emails grid

With RE 7.95, "insert row" was removed as an option when working in the phone and email grids on a constituent record (Bio 1 tab).  You can right-click to delete a row but you can no longer right-click to insert.  Does anyone know why?  Blackbaud's Knowledgebase doesn't explain the removal: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/97519


I like to keep our phones in a certain order of priority, so it would be useful to have the "insert row" command available again.  Would anyone else find this useful?
