In an effort to increase pledge fullfillment,Yale is looking to starting sending more regular pledge reminders in a low cost/low resource way. We are hoping to automate this as much as possible and send via email. Is anyone else doing this? Are you doing via a marketing effort or some other process? Any gotchas we should thing of as we embark on this path? Any other things we should consider? Thanks in advance!

    FSU Foundation does email reminders for many/most pledges.  It's a relatively simple process.  Gift Services runs the reminder process, which creates a selection.  That selection and an export def are used to create the reminder emails in BBIS.
