issue with action entry in RE7 - notepad entry not visible in NXT

Hi Everyone,


We've come across an issue with a certain type of action entry in the database not being visible in the NXT web view. If one of our fundraisers pastes an email in the notepad section of an action in the database, it cannot be viewed in NXT-- the email action appears blank. However, if you add the same action in NXT--copy and paste the email in the notes section, it is visible in both the web view and in the database. This only happens with actions marked as an email. Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this?

    Have you spoken yet with support and reported it there? Have their programmers test it and see if it is local to you or something happening on all of NXT.
