Hi all:


Good to see some of you at the HE conference last week. During that time, I didn't get a chance to pick your collective brains about integrating CRM with Outlook. We've had a request from the business to look into this. We've found some third party solutions out there, but I also know some of you have completed this project. Derek--if memory served, you all did this at Georgia, but there may be others. If anyone is willing to discuss I'd appreciate it.

    Hi,


    UCL use the SmartTHING SmartOUTLOOK customisation, which we had them slightly tweak for us to cater for Stewardship plan steps as well as Prospect plan steps.

    Happy to discuss if useful. It generally gets the thumbs up from our users, who all use it daily.

    We have been on the fence for a couple of months now about an outlook plugin. We are looking at one from Silicon Harbor Solutions (www.siliconharborsolutions.com). Check out their website. They have a pretty good demonstration there and they will let you test the solution for a month. We did the test and it is really easy to install and use. Very good product.
