Future actions - amend?

Hi All


Just wondering what other people do when a meeting that was a future action has now happened. Do you add the meeting notes to the existing meeting that you had scheduled, underneath the notes about the meeting when it was a future action? Or create a new action?


Any feedback on how others do it gratefully recieved - I am trying to design a simple and clear set of instructions and am not sure what would be best.
