Online event registration - photo permission/release step?

Hi Community! Do any of you have examples of how you build a step for photo permission/release into your online registration process? Do you use a separate screen or a check box? Please send screen shots and/or URLs that showcase your solutions.

    You can do that on an event-to-event basis, using an event attribute - Probably a yes/no attribute with Yes as the default option would work best.

    You would need to create the event participant attribute first, in RE (sorry, no screenshots as I currently don't have the proper security level for that).

    Then, you'll check the newly-created attribute in NetCommunity, "Sites and Settings" area (Screenshot#1 - see attachment). You can see it by scrolling down, in the Attributes section, "Participant attributes" (Screenshot#2).

    After that, it will become available within the event, to use on the events rego forms (Screenshot#3).


    Just a note that we're using the Event Registration Form (Classic) so I'm not sure if this applies to  the other type of Event Registration Form part.
