offline credit card donation

Is there a way to note a credit card donation that was made through an alternate credit card portal?  A staff member on our finance team took a credit card donation, and gave me an authorization number, but I don't see how I can enter that into team raiser so it shows in our giving totals.

    If the credit card was already processed and accounted for in your
    main database and finance, I would just enter it as a cash gift in
    teamraiser and put the authorization in
    the batch # field. Then I would delete it in the connector so it
    doesn’t get added twice.

    We have Raiser's Edge as our primary database.  All registrations and donations from Luminate/TeamRaiser come in to RE through a connector,  From the connector they get processed into RE or you can reject them.
