Reissue a donation receipt

Is there a way that I as an administrator can reissue a donation receipt? We have donors who didn't receive their email donation receipt, the tax receipt. I've looked everywhere. Thanks.

    You have to have your PDF receipts enabled to make this easy. We have a PDF receipt kit that can help you set this up on our DIY Kits page: www.convio.com/free_kits.

    If you do not have PDF reciepts enabled can you reissue a receipt/acknowledgement on a previous gift?
