Reports for Financial Reconciliation

Good Morning, I'm new to TeamRaiser and I have a couple questions about the financial processing: 1) How often are funds from Luminate processed through BBPS/BBMS?  Weekly? Bi-Weekly? Specific Dates (like the 1st and 15th of the month)?  And 2) What Reports in Luminate Online do people use to send to Finance to reconcile deposits from LO?  Namely, a report that will include payment date and fees associated with the processing?  I was a Sphere user until now and there was a very simple Payment Detail report that I would run bi-weekly to give to Finance after the deposit came through.  Looking for something like that.  Thanks for any insight!

    Anywhere you are taking money in LO works the same way. Transactions process right at the moment the user hits submit.


    Technically the transaction happens directly between the user and BBMS (or any other merchant) without LO ever seeing a credit card number. Once the transaction is complete the merchant sends a success/fail message to LO and you see the rest of the online experience accordingly.


    Are you asking instead about disbursements from BBMS? I believe BBMS does weekly. 


    BBMS has a SkyUI admin site that finance can use to search and view transactions and pull disbursment reports.
