Auto generated etapestry Report email for New Accounts Created each week

My name is Brenda

I work in Data Entry at the Dalit Freedom Network and I am used to receiving weekly, each Friday, an auto generated email

from eTapestry that has "New Accounts Created".

Could you tell me how to get this going again as I haven't received one for awhile.

Hi Brenda,


If you're the one that set up the scheduled report, you should see it if you go to Home then click (see all) next to Scheduled Items. Scheduled reports expire after a year, so you may have to update the Valid From dates or ensure that the "Disabled" box isn't checked. If you did not originally set up this report, choose Show Items from My Organization at the top of the page to see a full list. Let me know if you find the report you're looking for!

I so appreceate you getting back to me Meredith, thank you.

I didn't set it up origianally, so I clicked on "Management" then on  "My Organization" and it takes me straight to the persona page for our organization.

Somehow, my eyes aren't seeing any field that says, "Show Items".

What do you think?
