Committing Batches

I have two questions. First, I just tried committing a gift batch and only 12 out of the 13 entries were committed. I said "No" to any pop-ups asking if it was a pledge or a matching gift. The batch total dollar amount was correct until after the batch finished being committed.The second question is, sometimes RE will add the gift to a pledge when I selected "No." This time the total dollar amount does not match when I try to commit it, and I try to fix it before it is fully committed. I have even deleted the entry and did another one, and it still puts the amount towards a pledge.


Does anyone know why this would happen? Does anyone have any suggestions?
